Public Security Minister Invoice Blair confirmed on Thursday that police are investigating the lethal hit-and-run assault in London, Ont. as an act of terrorism.

“The occasions that came about on Sunday had been clearly hate-motivated. They had been clearly racist they usually had been clearly an act of terror,” Blair stated in an interview on CBC’s Energy & Politics.

“I can affirm that that is being actively investigated as a terrorist act by the police authorities.”
