THRISSUR:  Income Minister Okay Rajan on Sunday mentioned that every one security precautions shall be taken earlier than opening the twin-tube tunnel at Kuthiran for site visitors. After visiting the development work at Kuthiran, the minister mentioned that there was no want for concern over the security on the tunnel.
