Chaos Over Delhi Invoice In Rajya Sabha, Finance Minster’s Speech Lower Quick

Opposition protests over the brand new Central invoice giving extra powers to Lieutenant Governor in Delhi disrupted Rajya Sabha for a second consecutive day.  As MPs raised slogans condemning the federal government, Finance Minister Nrmala Sitharaman was pressured to chop quick her reply to the talk on Finance Invoice after verbal conflict with the Trinamool Congress over implementation of Central schemes.
