Kerala: Air India Categorical flight makes emergency touchdown in Kozhikode following hearth warning

KOZHIKODE: Following a fireplace warning within the Cargo compartment, an Air India Categorical flight made an emergency touchdown at Kozhikode in Kerala on Friday.

Based on Air India Categorical spokesperson, with 17 passengers on board, the flight was scheduled for Calicut to Kuwait.

“An Air India Categorical flight made a precautionary touchdown at Kozhikode immediately after pilots detected hearth alarm from cargo. With 17 passengers on board, the flight was scheduled for Calicut to Kuwait,” they stated.

Additional particulars are awaited.
