THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The secretary of the Kerala Chalachitra Academy had opposed chairman Kamal’s suggestion to regularise the appointment of 4 short-term workers, stated the workplace of Cultural Affairs Minister AK Balan.
The minister’s workplace stated the chairman’s suggestion letter was despatched with out the data of the secretary, common council or government board.
The minister’s workplace stated it had contacted academy secretary Ajoy Chandran after receiving the chairman’s letter. Subsequently, the secretary gave in writing that the chairman’s suggestion can’t be accepted because it was towards the rule.
