Sporadic incidents of violence and bogus voting in Kannur

KANNUR:  Regardless of the improved safety preparations, some remoted incidents of election violence and bogus voting have been nonetheless reported from many locations within the district. At Taliparamba, UDF candidate V P Abdul Rasheed was manhandled at a sales space at Kadamberi.
