US President Donald Trump on Wednesday urged calm and mentioned he opposed any violence amongst supporters as Congress debated his impeachment for inciting rebellion.

“In mild of stories of extra demonstrations, I urge that there have to be NO violence, NO lawbreaking and NO vandalism of any form. That’s not what I stand for, and it isn’t what America stands for,” Trump mentioned in an announcement launched by the White Home.

“I name on ALL Individuals to assist ease tensions and calm tempers. Thank You.”
