An 11-year-old boy has died after a ski accident on Mount Seymour Saturday.
North Vancouver RCMP wrote in an announcement that police acquired a name to help B.C. Emergency Well being Companies round 8 p.m. on April 10 after a baby grew to become critically injured whereas snowboarding.
Paramedics took the kid to B.C. Kids’s Hospital the place he was pronounced deceased.
A spokesperson for the resort wrote in an announcement that the kid was severely injured after colliding with a tree, and later succumbed to his accidents.
“Everybody at Mt. Seymour extends our deepest sympathy and condolences to the household and pals for this tragic loss,” the assertion mentioned.
The BC Coroners Service says it’s investigating. No additional particulars have been launched.
