CONGRESS MLA Ambarish Der, who’s on a starvation strike demanding growth of a railway land in Rajula, shifted his camp to Rajula Railway Junction in Barbatana village close to Rajula city in Amreli on Sunday.
Der, the Congress MLA from Rajula, had gone on a flash starvation strike on Tuesday after he was detained by police for allegedly attempting to stop workers of Bhavnagar division of Western Railway from pitching pegs marking railway land close to agricultural produce market committee in Rajula city.
He had alleged that underneath stress of native BJP leaders, the officers of the Bhavnagar divisional railway weren’t finishing formalities of authorising Rajula municipality to beautify 41,000 sq. metre of railway land mendacity unused within the coronary heart of the city. Nevertheless, the difficulty couldn’t be resolved and Der continued to take a seat on quick close to the Rajula APMC until Saturday night.
