Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has authorised budgetary assist of practically Rs 499 crore for analysis and innovation within the defence sector for the subsequent 5 years.

It stated the DIO will allow the creation of channels for innovators to interact and work together with the Indian defence manufacturing business.
