BRUSSELS: President Joe Biden has met with the leaders of three Baltic nations on the NATO summit in a transfer to reassure them of U.S. assist earlier than his Wednesday summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Geneva.
The White Home says Biden met Monday with Prime Minister Kaja Kallas of Estonia, President Egils Levits of Latvia, and President Gitanas Nauseda of Lithuania and “underscored sturdy U.S. assist” for his or her safety.
The White Home added: “The 4 leaders dedicated to additional strengthening our political, navy, and financial partnerships, together with working collectively by NATO to handle challenges posed by Russia and China.”
