NEW DELHI: Congress chief Rahul Gandhi on Friday mentioned raiding the opposition is the BJP’s “coping mechanism” when it’s dealing with defeat in elections.
The Congress’ ally DMK condemned the Central authorities for alleged searches by earnings tax officers within the residence of social gathering chief M Ok Stalin’s daughter Senthamarai in Chennai and claimed it has a ‘political goal’.
Nonetheless, earnings tax officers neither confirmed nor denied the searches.
Taking to Twitter, Rahul Gandhi mentioned, “Raiding the opposition is the BJP’s coping mechanism when dealing with electoral defeat.”

DMK Common Secretary Duraimurugan mentioned when events have been on the verge of finishing the marketing campaign and regarded ahead to the day of polling, the earnings tax searches within the residence of Senthamarai was finished with a ‘political goal.’
“The DMK shouldn’t be a celebration that may be scared by such searches,” Duraimurugan mentioned including the social gathering had already confronted comparable cases and it will not be deterred.
